to select Room Settings, then

1 cursor buttons
to set the size of the room.
The set size is displayed in
yellow.

Press the ENTER button to end the
settings.
The screen in step 2 reappears.

Press the SETUP button to quit the
setup mode.
The setup mode can also be quit by
using use the

ª cursor buttons
at the setup screen to select EXIT
SETUP then pressing the ENTER
button.

About the speaker system settings
B 2CH VIRTUAL
Select this when only using with the two speakers for the front
channels.
B 2CH VIRTUAL & SW
Select this when using two speakers for the front channels and
a subwoofer with built-in amplifier.
Settings
Front : Small
Subwoofer : Yes
Subwoofer frequency : 150 Hz
Set the front speakers and subwoofer at equal distances.
B 5.1CH SURROUND
Select this when using two speakers for the front channels, a
center speaker, two speakers for the surround channels and a
subwoofer with built-in amplifier.
Settings
Front : Small 9ft (2.7m)
Center : Small 8ft (2.4m)
Surround : Small 7ft (2.1m)
Subwoofer : Yes 9ft (2.7m)
Subwoofer frequency : 150 Hz
The room setting is set to MED., the listening position to
BACK.
NOTE:
The speaker system is set to 2CH VIRTUAL & SW upon
shipment from the factory. It is not possible to achieve the
normal bass sound using this setting but with only speakers for
the two front channels. If only using speakers for the two front
channels, change the setting to 2CH VIRTUAL.
