An IBM PC compatible keyboard can be connected and disc files
can be created from the keyboard.
Connectable keyboard: IBM US101 keyboard
(connector: 6-pin mini DIN PS/2
type)
Applicable cord: SCAN CODE SET 02
NOTE: Turn off the power of the DCM-5000 before connecting
the keyboard.
The keys on the keyboard are assigned to remote control unit
and main unit operations.
Operations before disc files are input
Sets the disc file input mode.
PgUp
Decrements the disc number by 10.
Increments the disc number by 10.
Operations after disc files are input
Letter keys
Input small letters (when CapsLock is off).
Number keys
Input numbers.
Symbol keys
Input symbols.
Backspace
Deletes previous character.
Del
Del
Deletes character.
Selects the line and item on the OSD.
Selects the line and item on the OSD.
Selects the line and item on the OSD.
Selects the line and item on the OSD.
Enter
Sets data, and selects the item.
Esc
Cancels the disc file input mode.
Capslock
Switches between small letters, and capital
letters.
When keys are pressed while holding in the key, the keys
functions as follows:
Shift
Letter keys
Input Capital letters (when CapsLock is off)
Number keys
Input symbols.
Symbol keys
Input (upper) symbols.
When keys are pressed while holding in the key, the keys
functions as follows:
Clears disc and track titles.
