The disc is loaded upside-down in the disc rack or the disc is dirty or scratched.

Check the disc again.

If the problem persists, please inform your store of purchase of the displayed error

code.

“Error 4827 ***” or

“Error 4828 ***” appears on the

display.

(“***” is a number code)

A code from “Error 4825 ***” to

“Error 4842 ***” appears on the

display. (except for the 4827 and 4828)

The disc rack may not be fully inserted in the set.

Open the door and press the disc rack in again until it locks (until a click is heard).

After closing the door, turn the power off, then turn the power back on to start up the

set.
