Frame-by-frame playback

(for DVD-Video discs and Video CDs only)

In the pause mode, press

• The picture advances one frame each time the button is pressed.

¢ Returning to normal playback:

Press 1.

• For DVD-Audio discs, slow playback is only possible with the video

part.

• Reverse slow play is not possible with video CDs.

Slow playback

In the pause mode, press 6 or 7.

• The speed of slow playback increases each time one of the

buttons is pressed. The speed can be changed in 5 steps.

¢ Returning to normal playback:

Press 1.

• For DVD-Audio discs, frame-by-frame playback is only possible with

the video part.

Repeat playback

During playback, press [REPEAT].

• Each time the button is pressed, the repeat mode switches and

playback starts in the respective repeat mode.

For DVD-Video discs
