Sound Fields Created Through DENON’s Unique
X-SPACE SURROUND Algorithm Analysis
The DHT-FS5 is equipped with Denon's independently developed
X-Space Surround algorithm analysis technology providing surround
effects with a strong sense of presence.
This enables coverage of a wide listening area and makes for great
freedom in selecting where to install the units.
Surround sound can be achieved with the minimum number
of speakers, so there is little interference between speakers,
resulting in a natural sound. Fine equalization processing to bring
out the best of the unit’s performance makes it possible to recreate
everything from the most delicate details of music to powerful
movie scenes.
n
An Abundance of Surround Play Modes
The DHT-FS5 is equipped for both Dolby Digital, the standard
DVD audio format and the optional DTS format. A wide range of
surround sources, from DVDs and digital broadcasts to movies,
music, sports and variety programs, can be enjoyed with a strong
sense of being there.
The DHT-FS5 also includes a Dolby Pro Logic g decoder for playing
stereo sources in surround, so you can enjoy surround playback
with a wide variety of sources.
n
Freedom of Layout
The unit can be installed horizontally of course, but also mounted
on the wall using the included exclusive fittings.
