Playback

Setting playback mode

This sets how tracks are played back.

Press SINGLE/CONT.

•The playback mode is switched in the following order each time

the button is pressed.

SINGLE (PLAY LOCK) SINGLE

CONT.

SINGLE

(PLAY LOCK)

TheSINGLEindicatorlightsinthedisplay,and“Play

Lock” is shown. In this mode, when playback of the

track is completed, the track returns to the cue point

and is paused.

SINGLE

TheSINGLEindicatorlightsinthedisplay,and“Lock

Off” is shown. In this mode, when playback of the

track is completed, the track returns to the cue point

and is paused.

CONT.

The CONT. indicator in the display lights. In this mode,

when playback of the track has ﬁnished, the next track

is played back.

NOTE

“CONT.” mode cannot be used when this unit is linked to “engine”.

Themodeisforciblychangedto“SINGLE”mode.

Playback

Press 13.

13 lights green, and playback starts.

VINYL SINGLE/

CONT.

CUE 13

Pause

Press 13 during playback.

13 ﬂashes, and the track is paused.

•Press 13 again to resume playback from the point at which the

track was paused.

n When the vinyl disc is rotating

VINYL lights, and you can hold the vinyl disc down by

hand to stop it from rotating.

The track is paused when the disc is held.

•Playback resumes when the vinyl disc is released.

Fast forward/Rewind

Therearetwomethodsforfastforward/rewinding.

n Fast forward/Rewind using 6 7 buttons

Fast forward/Rewind during playback

Press 6 7 during playback.

The playback point is moved approximately 3 seconds from the

current point, and playback is resumed from the new playback point.

Press and hold 6 7 during playback.

The playback point moves at high speed, and playback starts at the

point where the button is released.

Fast forward/Rewind during pause

Press 6 7 when the track is paused.

The playback point moves 1 frame at a time, and pause is resumed

at the new point.

Press and hold 6 7 while the track is paused.

The playback point moves at high speed, and pause is resumed at

the new point.
