Press OPTION.

The option menu screen is displayed.

Use ui to select “PTY Search”, then press ENTER.

Use ui to call out the desired program type.

Press ENTER.

PTY search begins automatically.

•If you use o p within 5 seconds after the broadcast station name is shown on the

display, you can search for a dierent station.

TP search

TP identiﬁes programs that carry trac announcements.

This allows you to easily ﬁnd out the latest trac conditions in your area

before leaving home.

Use this function to ﬁnd RDS stations broadcasting trac programs (TP

stations).

Press OPTION.

The option menu screen is displayed.

Use ui to select “TP Search”, then press ENTER.

Press ENTER.

TP search begins automatically.
