Why buy a DENON
AVR-3313?
Home Networking
Most households already have a Home Network with a
combination Modem/Router supplied by their Internet
Service provider.
When you connect your Denon receiver to your router
with an Ethernet (LAN) cable it will automatically
(DHCP) obtain an IP address.
This will allow your Denon receiver to access music you
have allowed to be shared on either your PC, MAC or
NAS drive.
An Ethernet port, sometimes called a LAN (local area
network) port allows for simple and stable connection
to your Home network router.
If you have Internet access via your router you can
update your Denon receiver firmware via the Internet.
This will make sure you have the latest firmware
available and keeps your receiver up to date.
