Using the “HELP” menu
It is possible to check the currently set function and switch it from the OSD.

Press the HELP button.
The “HELP” menu screen appears.
The selected item is displayed in light blue.
The gray parts indicate that the corresponding input device
is not connected.
Press the HELP button again to turn off the “HELP” menu
screen.

Press the ENTER button to enter the setting.
The HELP mode is canceled and the selected function
operation is performed.

Press the CURSOR

button to select the
desired item.
The selected item is displayed in blue.
Watch DVD:
Select this to play a DVD and Video CD.
Listen to CD:
Select this to play a music CD.
MP3/WMA/JPEG CD:
Select this to play an MP3, WMA or JPEG disc.
Listen to Radio:
Use this to set the function to TUNER.
iPod Music/Photo:
Select this to control the iPod connected to the iPod
connector on the ADV-S101’s front panel.
Portable Music (Front in):
Select this to output the signals of the portable audio player
connected to the portable jack on the ADV-S101’s front panel.
Watch AUX-1:
Select this to view the picture of the external device
connected to the AUX1 terminal.
Watch AUX-2:
Select this to view the picture of the external device
connected to the AUX2 terminal.
Listen to AUX-3:
Select this to listen to the sound of the audio component
connected to the AUX3 terminal.
SETUP:
Select this to make changes to the system settings.

Press the CURSOR

“SETUP” at the “HELP” menu, then press the
ENTER button.
The “SETUP” menu screen appears.
Be sure to set the current time beforehand. The timer will not
operate if the current time is not set.

Press the CURSOR 0 or 1 button to select
“TIMER SETUP” icon, then press the ENTER
button.
The “TIMER SETUP” menu screen appears.
