After the timer has been set using the procedure described under "(2) Setting the everyday timer and once timer" (pages 82 te 83), turn the
everyday timer and/er once timer on so that the set operations will be performed.

NOTES:
The timer standby indicater (_ does net light if the current time
has net been set. Set the current time before setting the timer.
(See page 81 .)
If the times set for the everyday timer and once timer everlap,
the ence time has priority.
Be sure to set the power te the standby mode when you want
the timer to operate.

When either the ence or everyday timer is activated, the
timer standby indicator (_ lights. The display returns to
normal abeut 4 seconds after the timer standby indicater
(_ is displayed.
_ The timer operation is performed when the SURROUND/SELECT
knob has been turned and the timer standby indicator C) has
been lit.

turn the SURROUND/SELECT knob to turn
the timer standby indicator (_ off.
