Symptom Possible problem Remedy
Script playback is not possible or
stops in the middle.
The text of the script is wrong.
If there are mistakes in the script text, in
some cases script execution will not start.
This is to prevent malfunction.
Refer to the description of scripts and correct
the text.

Serial communications not possible.
The RS-232C selector switch is not set. Check the switch on the sets rear panel.
The communications settings on the controller do
not match the settings on the DN-V750/V755.
Check the communications protocol of the
controller.

DN-V750/V755 not recognized.
The network settings have not been made.
Check the IP address, gateway address and
subnet mask settings.
The IP addresses are redundant.
When multiple units of the DN-V750/V755
are connected, their IP addresses must not
be redundant.
When connected to an existing LAN, the IP
addresses must not be redundant.
Reset the IP addresses.
LAN
SNTP time setting cannot be made.
Access is limited by firewall or router. Contact the administrator of the LAN to which the
DN-V750/V755 is connected.
