Basic Operation
INPUT SELECTOR PRESET

ON/STANDBY BAND TONING
TUNER
DEFAULT SETTINGS
This unit is equipped with a function for automatically searching
for FM broadcast stations and storing them in the preset
memory.
Hold the PRESETA button and press the POWER
Switch on the main unit.
*The unit au!omatically begins searching for FM broadcast
stations
'_ When the first EM broadcast station is found, that station is
stored in the preset memory at channel A1.
Subsequent stations are automatically stored in order at
preset channels A1 to AS, B1 to B8, C! to C8, D1 to DS, E1
to ES, F1to F8 and G1 to G8 for a maximum of 56 stations.
÷ Channel AI is tuned in after the auto preset memory
operation is completed.

Set the input source to "TUNER".

if an FM station cannot be preset automatically due to poor
reception, use the "Manual tuning" operation to tune in the
station, then preset it using the manual "Preset memory"
operation.
To interrupt this function, press the 0N/STANDBY switch.
