RF reception and conversion to rnfra-red emttter output, when used In combrnatron with the RC-8000. RF control
IS possible only when the RC-8001 ST is used in combrnatron with the RC-8000.

Charging function (only when the RC-8000 and RG8001ST are used In combrnation). The RC-8000 can be charged
on the RG8001ST only when using the Included nrckel cadmium battery pack. Do not attempt to charge the RC-
8000 with alkaline baatteries Installed, as battery leakage and overheating will occur, possrbly damaging the unit.

BEFORE USING
The supplied nrckel cadmium battery is exclusively for use with the separately sold RC-8000 remote control
transmitter.
Use the procedure descrrbed below to load the Included nickel cadmium battery In the RC-8000.
0 Slide the battery cover on the rear of the RC-8000 to remove It.
0 Mount the battery holder, then strck the included spacer within the frame on the rear of the battery cover.
@ Insert the nickel cadmium battery supplied with the RC-8001 ST, then connect the connector.
@ Close the battery cover.

NOTE:
Do not charge the Included nickel cadmium rechargeable battery pack with anythrng but the RC-8001 ST.
Also, do not use the RC-SOOIST to charge anything but the Included nickel cadmium rechargeable battery pack.
